We are currently hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCA)We have full time and part time Day and Evening hours available!


Position Summary:

The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) will perform direct client cares and will assist in activities of daily living under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or responsible party member to help the patient maintain the highest level of performance and independence.  This position will be working in the clients homes.  The Personal Care Attendant will perform the cares as ordered by the patient’s physician and as documented in the patient’s plan of care.

Job Requirements


  • Some experience as a PCA or Home Health Aide is preferred
  • Must be able to show compassion and empathy of persons who are chronically ill, or otherwise disabled
  • Must demonstrate an understanding and maturity with respect to the responsibilities and expectations of the position
  • Must demonstrate the ability to read, write and carry out written as well as verbal directions in English
  • Must be able to lift, turn, position and transfer at least 50lbs
  • Must be reliable and dependable
  • Reliable transportation
