We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to provide administrative assistance to the recruiting and onboarding process.  The Onboarding Administrator will assist in directing and completing new hire processes, follow-up and other various Human Resources duties, including:

  • Initiating the steps of the hiring process once an applicant is prescreened by recruiting, through to the new employee orientation.
  • Assisting in helping an employee through the onboarding process.
  • Provide follow-up with employees for questions or concerns during the onboarding process.
  • Serving as a local liaison to employees for policies, procedures and general information.
  • Demonstrates accurate knowledge of relevant laws, policies, regulations, guidelines and standards affecting decisions and interpretations as they relate to the onboarding process.
  • Assist with gathering information for state and federal background studies.

Job Requirements

  • Qualified Candidates must have at least a high school degree. An associates or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Social Services, Business or related fields is preferred. 
  • A candidate with one year of Staffing or HR background is preferred.
  • A candidate with Health Care Field experience is preferred
  • Must have clear written and oral communication.
  • Must have detailed administrative skills.
  • Must be able to work in a face paced and changing work environment.
